Terms Of Use
Terms and Conditions of Sales
These terms and conditions exclude any other terms and conditions which a customer might seek to impose, regardless of when or in what form the customer’s terms and conditions might have been submitted, and even if they purport to exclude or supersede any terms and conditions inconsistent with theirs. Specifically, by making any offer acceptance or counter offer the customer automatically accepts the YEG terms and conditions as outlined below, without modification, unless agreed in writing and signed by an authorized member of the customer’s management and the CEO of YEG.
1. Orders
After submitting an order via our website we will send you an order acknowledgement by email confirming receipt of your order, details of the goods that you have ordered and confirmation of price. Please note this email is an acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order.
Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between us will take place when the goods you have ordered have been despatched to you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy. In cases where we have ordered the goods specifically for you, or modified or manufactured the goods to your requirements, the formation of a contract occurs at the earliest of when the goods are ordered from our supplier or when modification, personalisation, manufacturing or assembly work has started.
We reserve the right not to supply goods and to cancel your order in the event of a pricing error or omission.

Faulty or incorrectly described goods
In the case of faulty or incorrectly described goods we shall, after you have notified us (as described above), either collect the goods from you by courier, collection at our cost, or you may return the goods yourself at your own cost and risk. No refund will be processed until the returned goods have been received back in to our warehouse.
Returns Authorisation Number
Prior to returning any goods you must obtain a Returns Authorisation number by calling Customer services on 01494 753 802. Failure to do so will result in your refund taking longer to process or the product being returned to you.
Once you have your Returns Authorisation number, return the goods and your proof of purchase with your Returns Authorisation number (please write this clearly on the outside of the packaging) to the following address:-
Young Electronics Group
Coronation Road
Cressex Business Park
High Wycombe
Buckinghamshire
HP12 3TA
Please also include a copy of your invoice with your return and please write your Returns Authorisation number on the copy invoice.
You must take full care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit otherwise this may preclude you from obtaining a refund.
Once you have notified us that you are returning your order and we have received the goods, you will be refunded or credited within a maximum of 28 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your payment card for the goods, subject to those goods and their packaging being in good condition.
We will not accept cancellation of your order if it contains computer software which has been unsealed by you, or for consumable goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned, except where a fault is discovered which could not have been discovered before unsealing the goods.
We reserve the right to charge for the collection and return of any goods returned as faulty, that are subsequently found to be without fault. Should this be the case, you will be notified by email.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
